High demand deserves a better solution
Our boxers have sold out four times already – faster than we could restock. We're proud of that, but we know it's also been frustrating. A lot of you reached out asking when the next batch would be available, and we heard you. So we decided to do something different. This is our way of making sure that if you want a pair, you can actually get one.
We want to be fully transparent about how this works – from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands at your door.
Frequently asked questions
All pre-orders placed before or on 5 June 2026 will be shipped on 5 June 2026. However, if stock is available earlier, your order may be shipped before that date. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Besides this you'll receive updates about the status of your order along the way.
- Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
- A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch.
- Son of John ships from an overseas warehouse to customers worldwide. Therefore, some orders might take longer than expected. Please refer to the shipping policy for estimated shipping times.
- We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties in your country.
Your payment is processed at the time you place your order, not when it ships. This is standard for pre-orders and allows us to confirm your order and size immediately.
Yes, the store remains open after 5 June with normal shipping times. However, stock is limited – and based on previous drops, certain sizes tend to go first. Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee you'll receive the size and style you want.

Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible for pre-orders. Orders are processed directly after being placed, so we are unable to cancel them. The same applies to regular orders. If you've changed your mind, you are still welcome to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unworn and the tag is still attached.
