Shipping and Delivery

1. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide.

2. How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

3. When am I eligible for free shipping?

You are eligible for free shipping if you ordered from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Austria.

4. When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Returns and Refunds

1. What are the conditions for returns?

The item must be in their original condition and still sealed with the plastic sticker due to hygiene regulations. If the sticker is broken or removed, we cannot accept the returns. If you are not sure if the item is in correct condition, do not hesitate to contact us at support@sonofjohnlabel.com. We would love to assist you further.

2. How do I initiate a return?

3. How should I care for my boxershorts?

To keep your boxers in the best condition, we recommend machine washing them at 30 degrees Celsius. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain quality.

4. Will there be new colors or patterns released?

5. Are your boxershorts ethically made?

Yes, we are committed to ethical manufacturing practices. Our boxers are produced with high-quality materials and made under fair labor conditions. Besides this, our boxershorts are made with certified organic cotton, sourced from suppliers adhering to the Organic Content Standard (OCS). We also support sustainable cotton farming through the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) via mass balance sourcing.

We accept all major payment methods, including:

5. Do you offer 'buy now, pay later' options?

5. Do you offer a loyalty program?

At the moment, we do not have a loyalty program, but we are working on exciting offers for our customers in the future.

6. Are wide boxershorts really better for your sperm concentrations and sperm count?

Yes, they are. There has been much research and wide boxers have been proven to increase sperm count. You can find one of the supporting Harvard studies here.
